Do I need an onboarding package?
Not all course creators on Thinkific require additional onboarding packages. Others who intend to use complex Thinkific features, have unique purchase workflows or want the added security of having a central point of contact could benefit from onboarding packages.
What is a Launch Preparedness Review?
A Launch Preparedness Review (or LPR) is a review of your Thinkific site and course settings, followed by a 30-minute call with you to recap the results of the review. We want to make sure you have your Thinkific site set up ready for the optimal student experience.
What's the difference between my onboarding call on the Pro Plan and these packages?
There are more touchpoints with an onboarding specialist with these onboarding packages. You also receive a Launch Preparedness Review on any onboarding package which is not available to Pro Plan customers.

Why do you only offer up to three or six months of Support?
Launching an LMS can be daunting. In our experience, set up and launch requires more support as you become fluent in Thinkific and understand how you can best use the platform. Maintenance and ongoing support tends to taper off as you become self-sufficient. You will always have access to our general Support team while on any Thinkific package.
